This 8 week community care focused experiential group will be facilitated by Drama Therapist Whitney Bell and supported by Reiki Master Charlie L'Strange. This co-created space will offer playful and creative opportunities to explore and expand our resilience. In community and collaboration, we will explore themes including cultivating our strengths and resources, navigating challenges, and celebrating victories. We’ll come together to actively play, rest, and grow in support of our collective healing.
